英國歌手Cilla Black曾以"It’s for you"獲得英國單曲榜no.7(1964)
該曲由John & Paul譜寫
Paul彈鋼琴伴奏 George Martin製作
Paul還錄了demo 讓Black參考練習
此demo一度被認為遺失了
但其實是Black的一位親戚(去年過世)一直保存著
這張demo唱片將於8月27日拍賣

Lennon-McCartney還替許多藝人寫過歌
例如他們替英國二重唱Peter and Gordon寫的
“A World Without Love”(1964)不但是該團首張單曲
