NAEUN
Singer, actress, social media star—Son Naeun is best known as the lead
vocalist of the K-pop group Apink.
The Seoul native joined the the group in 2011, along with founding members
Park Cho-rong, Yoon Bo-mi, Jeong Eun-ji, Kim Nam-joo, Oh Ha-young, and
Hong Yoo-kyung. The same year, Apink released their debut EP, Seven Springs
of Apink. The band's third EP, Secret Garden, dropped in 2013 and featured
their first hit single, "NoNoNo," which peaked at number two on the
Billboard K-Pop Hot 100.
Naeun made her acting debut in 2012, playing the teenage Hae-in in the
historical drama series The Great Seer. She made her film debut in 2012's
Return of the Noble Family, the fifth installment of the comedy franchise
Marrying the Mafia. Next, she'll star in the anticipated remake of the 1986
horror film Woman's Wail.
